DESCRIPTION:The Fourth Annual S.M.A.R.T. SummerFest Resource Fair\, scheduled for June 4\, 2025\, from 11:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. on the HSC Quad. \nThe S.M.A.R.T. SummerFest is designed to engage and support our School of Medicine (SOM) staff and support staff. Attendees can look forward to: \n\nA vibrant resource fair\, music\, and dessert social\nDoor prize giveaways and activities\nVendor Bingo: Encouraging attendees to visit your table for a ticket to redeem a sweet treat!\n\nWe’re also continuing our on-site Community Engagement Project—a food drive to benefit the ELSB Commonwealth Credit Union Cardinal Cupboard food locker. This initiative allows us to make a meaningful difference while fostering community spirit. \nIn recognition of Juneteenth\, BFSA has invited Lyric from Beyond the Shade to relay information (sexual heath\, wellness\, and safe practices); DoTerra Oils will participate as a vendor. \nBFSA will also host a membership drive and relay Juneteenth information to the campus community and encourage registration for Juneteenth events/activities.
